Baking is fun and easy with Foodpak! We offer free delivery to selected areas around Pietermaritzburg as well as chargeable delivery throughout the rest of South Africa.

Terms & Conditions

While we try to make sure that all our Product Images are as accurate as possible to describe such product, you accept that there might be differences in Colour, Size and Packaging at times.

Free Delivery Areas:

We offer free delivery in the greater Pietermaritzburg area for orders over R500.

Orders under R500 will be charged R75 Delivery Fee.
All deliveries are scheduled on work days.

Chargeable Delivery Areas:

All Main Cities/Towns throughout South Africa

If you live on a farm or in an area not well mapped by Google Maps, you will need to collect your order from the courier depot in the town closest to you. Alternatively, you can pay a courier surcharge that will allow us to delivery directly to you.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Delivery Costs for Chargeable Areas:

The cost of the delivery charge is dependent on the weight of your basket. Eg. R130 country wide up to 15kg

 

Delivery Days:

You can expect to receive your delivery on the allocated day as stated above.

We will deliver any time between 07h30 and 16h00.

Important:

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the address provided. If no one is available to collect your purchase during your delivery day, you will need to collect your order from the courier depot at your convenience. Please remember to provide a contact number for the person who is receiving your order.

 

Returns Policy

Customers are required to present their original tax invoice or till slip.

Please consider your purchase. We will not refund you if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Most goods will be refunded or exchanged if they are returned within 10 business days of purchase and fall under the following criteria:

-If they were defective when purchased or failed due to a design or manufacturing flaw or do not comply with requirements and standards in terms of safety and quality.

-Foodpak will gladly refund perishable goods should customers not be satisfied with the quality thereof, within the product’s Expiry date and if it is in its original packaging.

-Should a product be defective the product should be sent back to the store in its original packaging.
Foodpak reserves the right to refer returned goods for technical assessment by the manufacturer.

Refunds will be finalised within 7 business days.

Returned goods must be:

In its original packaging; and
In its original condition

No returns will be accepted if:

Goods have been altered in any way; and
Are not accompanied by an invoice or till slip

*Please note that courier/postage fees will be for your own expense or at the discretion of Foodpak
