Where is your shop?
We are located at 157 Victoria street, Pietermaritzburg, CBD.

How do I pay?

Option 1: Immediate payment through the secure PayFast portal. Payfast accepts all SA banks via EFT or Card. This method will speed up your delivery as we will receive your payment immediately.

Option 2: You can also pay direct by EFT , Once paid, please email us proof of payment to orders@foodpakshop.co.za so we can quickly submit the delivery

How long will my purchase take to arrive?
While it is likely that you will receive your order earlier, we ask that you allow 3 – 7 working days from confirmation of purchase until you receive your order.

What if nobody is home when my order arrives?
Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at the address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it. If no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, you will need to collect your order from the courier depot at your convenience. It is very important that you provide a contact telephone number for the person receiving your order.

How do I order online?
Browse our online store.
Select the item you want to buy.
If applicable select the colour, size, weight and quantity you want to purchase.
Select the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Once you have finished adding all your required items to your cart, you can select your basket.
Review your items, making sure you have the correct quantities in your basket.
Log into your account or create one if you haven’t already got one.
Select ‘Checkout’.
Proceed to pay by Payfast or EFT.  For EFT, you will receive our bank details to make the EFT payment into our account.
As soon as your payment reflects in our account, your order will be shipped to you.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with a pro forma invoice.
Once your payment has reflected in our account, you will be emailed a confirmation invoice/receipt. Note: If you have opted to pay by eft, please send a proof of payment to orders@foodpakshop.co.za
Once payment is received, and your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link to the courier website will be emailed to you.

Please contact orders@foodpakshop.co.za if you do not receive any one of these emails.
